This week at UN, Israel’s Bibi Netanyahu condemns Iran’s Rouhani as a “wolf in sheep’s clothing”

Last week Iran’s new President, Hassan Rouhani, managed a charm offensive at the United Nations that convinced many world leaders that his country does not seek nuclear weapons.
This week at the United Nations Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called Rouhani “a wolf in sheep’s clothing.”
Netanyahu pointed out that Rouhani headed Iran’s Supreme National Security Council from 1989 through 2003. During that time Iran’s government perpetrated numerous terrorist attacks including the murder of 85 people at a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires. Also during that time, according to Netanyahu, Iran’s henchmen killed 19 U.S. soldiers by blowing up the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia.
“Are we to believe that Rohani, the national security adviser of Iran at the time, knew nothing about these attacks? Of course he did, just as 30 years ago Iran’s security chiefs knew about the bombings in Beirut that killed 241 American Marines and 58 French paratroopers,” Netanyahu said.
I’m with Bibi.
